Pricing
Flat. Published. Per store.
No seat counts. No percentage of revenue. No annual lock. You pick a tier per store, you pay that number every month, and the number does not change because your best month was good.
Receiving
For stores that want Metrc manifests off the clipboard and into Dutchie without a data-entry shift.

Market
For stores competing on price with three dispensaries inside a mile and no easy way to check.

- Promo alerts when a competitor moves
- Weekly price-position digest
What each tier actually does
Tiers are cumulative. Stocked includes everything in Receiving. Market includes everything in Stocked. You are never paying twice for the same capability, and you never lose a capability by adding a store at a lower tier. Each store is billed at its own tier.

Live in under two weeks. Your first manifest is received on day one. Onboarding runs in parallel with your first deliveries, not before them.
- Paste a Metrc user API key scoped to your facility. Read-only. Greenroom never writes to Metrc.
- Request Dutchie’s official read-only API key for reporting. This is admin-requested on your side and takes about three business days.
- Create a dedicated Dutchie employee login for writes. It is scoped to Greenroom and you can revoke it at any time.
- Your first delivery lands in the approval queue. You review it, approve it, and it writes to Dutchie with a verified read-back.
You are probably already paying for a piece of this.
Most independent stores already pay $250–$1,200 a month across analytics and marketing tools that never touch a manifest. Here is roughly what that looks like today.
| Tool | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| CannMenus | $800/state/mo |
| Happy Cabbage | ~$900/mo, 12-month agreement |
| Headset | from $250/mo, sell-through benchmarks, not neighbor menus |
| Dutchie POS | $500–$1,000/mo per location |
None of them enter your deliveries.
First 5 stores: 50% off year one.
In exchange, you agree to be a named case study: your store, your numbers, on the record. After the first 5, this offer closes.
The guarantee
If your first month of manifests doesn’t land cleaner than your last month by hand, don’t pay.
Pricing questions
What about store two, three, four, five?
Each store is billed separately at whatever tier fits that store. No bundle math, no seat multiplier, no volume gate. A five-store group at Stocked pays five times $599, nothing more.
What happens if we cancel?
You cancel, the writes stop, and you keep your audit log export. No termination fee, no notice period beyond the current billing month.
What counts as a store?
One Dutchie location connected to one Metrc facility license. If two licenses share a single physical counter, that is still two stores.
Do we need Dutchie’s read-only key on day one?
No. Receiving runs on your Metrc key alone. Connect the Dutchie reporting key when you move to Stocked or Market. It only feeds the velocity, reorder, and audit reports.

Send us the shape of your week and we will come back with the hours, the dollars, and exactly where Greenroom would sit in your back of house. No deck, no discovery call series.
